To facilitate cross-organizational scheduling, Synchronic integrates with third-party calendar providers. When you authorize such integration, we access:

Read access limited to busy/free availability information
Write access limited to creating calendar events for meetings you confirm

We do not read the content of your existing calendar events. We do not access meeting content, subject lines, attendee lists, or event details from events we did not create — availability is retrieved as busy/free time ranges only.

When you confirm a meeting time, we create a single calendar event on your calendar containing the meeting title you provided, the participants you selected as attendees, and a video conferencing link. Your calendar provider, not Synchronic, sends the resulting invitations. We do not modify or delete events created outside Synchronic.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information for the following lawful purposes:

Service Provision — To create accounts, schedule meetings, and deliver core functionality (GDPR lawful basis: contract performance)
Communication — To send functional emails including meeting invites, notifications, and password resets (GDPR lawful basis: legitimate interest)
