Privacy Policy

*Effective Date: August 7, 2026*

1. Introduction

Synchronic ("we," "us," or "our") operates the web application at https://synchronic.app/ (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users' personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the purposes for processing, and the rights you have regarding your data.

This Service is operated by a sole proprietorship doing business as Synchronic, located at 6211 Rockwell Ln., Indianapolis, IN 46237, USA. For privacy-related inquiries, please contact us at: info@synchronic.app.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information Provided by Users

When you register for or use Synchronic, we collect the following personal information:

  • First name and last name — for account creation and user identification
  • Email address — for account authentication, communication, and meeting invitations

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

We and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain information when you access or use the Service:

  • Device type and operating system
  • Browser type and version
  • IP address
  • Usage patterns and interaction data
  • Timestamps and session duration
  • Pages visited and features accessed

2.3 Calendar Data (Third-Party Integration)

To facilitate cross-organizational scheduling, Synchronic integrates with third-party calendar providers. When you authorize such integration, we access:

  • Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar
  • Read access limited to busy/free availability information
  • Write access limited to creating calendar events for meetings you confirm

We do not read the content of your existing calendar events. We do not access meeting content, subject lines, attendee lists, or event details from events we did not create — availability is retrieved as busy/free time ranges only.

When you confirm a meeting time, we create a single calendar event on your calendar containing the meeting title you provided, the participants you selected as attendees, and a video conferencing link. Your calendar provider, not Synchronic, sends the resulting invitations. We do not modify or delete events created outside Synchronic.
